  • Travel preferences and interests

  • Any additional notes or prompts you provide

How AI Processing Works

Your trip data is sent to our servers at withabroad.com, where it is processed using AI language models to generate personalized itineraries and travel recommendations. This processing occurs on our backend infrastructure and may involve third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf.

Purpose and Limitations

Trip data sent for AI processing is used solely to generate and improve your travel plans. It is not sold to third parties, used for advertising, or used to train third-party AI models without your explicit permission.

Your Consent

Before any trip data is sent for AI processing, you are asked to provide explicit consent during onboarding. You may revoke this consent at any time through your account settings, though doing so will limit the Service's ability to generate AI-powered itineraries. Revoking consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before revocation.

Data Retention for AI Processing

Trip data used for AI processing is retained as part of your account for as long as you maintain an active account. You may delete individual trips at any time, and requesting account deletion will remove all associated trip data from our systems. AI conversation logs used to generate itineraries are not retained beyond the session in which they are created.

How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide and improve the Service and AI-generated itineraries.
  • Operate and secure our systems.
  • Process payments and subscriptions.

Upon account deletion, all associated personal information and trip data will be removed from our systems.
