1. AI Disclaimer

AI Understanding and Limitations. You acknowledge that you are interacting with an AI system. AI outputs are probabilistic and may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or outdated. You are responsible for verifying all travel details (including availability, pricing, schedules, policies, and requirements). We do not guarantee results or outcomes.

Third-Party Dependency. The Services may reference or link to third-party providers (airlines, hotels, booking platforms, etc.). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their actions, availability, or content.

AI Data Usage. We may use aggregated and anonymized usage data to improve our Services. We do not use your private content to train third-party AI models without your explicit permission.

2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services.
• Not upload content that infringes rights, is unlawful, or violates privacy.
• Not attempt to access or scrape data you are not authorized to access.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you are violating these Terms.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Travel Planning Disclaimer

Abroad provides travel planning assistance and informational content. We are not a travel agency, booking service, or ticketing provider. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, pricing, or legality of any travel product or service.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Billing. Certain features are paid. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method according to the plan selected. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Pricing Changes. We may modify pricing with notice. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Refunds. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

6. AI Content & Output

You are responsible for your inputs. AI-generated outputs are provided "as is." You must verify outputs before acting on them. We are not liable for decisions made using AI output.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your input content. We own the Services, software, and underlying intellectual property. We may use anonymized usage data to improve the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Abroad LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
